The Adidas Deerupt is the latest Three Stripes sneaker to embody the credo of the past empowering the future. The eye-catching grid pattern assumes a modern, minimalistic aesthetic that extends across the whole silhouette is called “Dellinger Web”. It was invented by 5.000 meters runner and three-time Olympian William Dellinger and used as a midsole reinforcement technology. The nylon web absorbs impact shock gently and distributes it over the entire midsole – effectively also working as a form of energy return system for runners. The new kicks silhouette launches in a “Solar Bird” colorway, a mixture of two iconic Adidas color schemes: Solar Red and Bluebird, while further colorways are set to release soon.
