Luxury Swiss watchmaker JEANRICHARD recently connected with the elusive French artist and graffiti maestro Gully for a very impressive wristwatch release. Gully happens to be a highly revered street artist in France, and several of his rare works pay homage to contemporary art masters like Koons, Basquiat, Warhol, Canaletto and Dennis Hopper. He is a mysterious artist in the vein of Banksy, hardly ever revealing his face, and his reputation continues to grow at a really rapid rate.
The new collab with JEANRICHARD will consist of three limited editions of 25 pieces each – these designs are all variations of the popular JEANRICHARD Terrascope watch. All these individual watches will be signed by Gully and they will be officially introduced to the world at the Opera Galley in Paris on September 19th, 2014.
At StyleNoChaser, we are always happy to observe and report the convergence of artistry, heritage & creativity, and this wristwatch collab certainly hits all those notes. If you happen to be in Paris on the 09/19, be sure to check it out. For information, visit www.jeanrichard.com
