One of our favorite bag companies from the West Coast is coming through with some heat for the new year, and we just had to show it to you. The brand is the SF-based Timbuk2, and it’s impressive to note that their design team is led by two very capable and creative females. One of them is the Senior Design Director, Andrea Chynoweth, who has worked at Levi Strauss & Co & Vivienne Westwood, and the other is their Design Director, Jen Larkin, who has worked at Coach and Club Monaco.
The two new cyclist-centric bags in their Edge collection push the boundaries of function and style. It consists of the sleek Robin pack with a magnetic closure and an aerodynamic design. It retails for $179 – see it below:
The other bag is the Parker Pack which is engineered to fluctuate in design depending on the carrying volume you need. It also features side zip gussets that expand the bag from 25L to 35L. See it below, it retails for $219.
These new bags will be available on Feb 1 – see more at the brand’s website.
