If you live in New York City you know space is limited. This tiny apartment in Taipei, Taiwan, is a bachelor or bachelorette dream. Lately, many interior designers have been focusing on this segment of the construction market by building efficient small spaces. To maximize space, every single room can be opened up to be part of one whole space, even the bathroom. The minimalist crib is also packed with clever and functional details such as the central rotating TV that makes viewing possible in the living room, bedroom and even from the bathtub, and several sliding doors and screening devices that can be used if privacy is required. With a limited floor area of just 46 square feet (498 square meters), the architects have really worked their magic on the open plan layout.
