This is one of the more unique brands we’ve ever featured on Style.No.Chaser. A few things set it apart: it has a very defined and developed style aesthetic, it’s unapologetic about its zero-waste approach to fashion, and it really holds vintage, timeless apparel as its highest ideal.

Atelier de l’Armée is based in Amsterdam, and they are primarily an accessory maker. They use repurposed and reclaimed military fabrics and high quality deadstock materials to make a wide array of impressive totes, backpacks and carryalls. With regards to the actual garments they carry, they stock unique, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces that are rare and limited in quantity. It mostly consists of vintage workwear, military-inspired apparel and some very covetable denim pieces, as you’ll see in the slideshow above.

We certainly understand that fashion has to be primmarily a business to survive, but when see artisans like Atelier de l’Armée going the extra mile, it makes us very happy.
