Bedwin And The Heartbreakers S/S 2014
Written by Geo Hagan

We’ve come to know and love Japanese brands for their superior quality, attention to detail and focused approach to menswear. Whether it’s denim, streetwear, vintage garments or suiting, the sheer dedication for creating excellent items for their consumers always shines through. The brand Bedwin and the Heartbreakers follows in the same tradition. Their Creative Director is Masafumi Watanabe (below), and he is also the respected designer behind other cult Japanese brands like Tenderloin and Deluxe.

The new Bedwin colllection shows Watanabe’s complete understanding of how men dress today and what consumers look for with regards to warm weather dressing. He touches on denim pieces, easy-fitting summer suits, casual hoodies, windbreaker jackets, printed shirts, raglan tees and some very natty bucket hats. The brand’s motto is “Paramount Quality” and these different pieces completely embody that concept.
