There are a couple of brands that we’ve continued to support and champion at Style.No.Chaser since we launched in 2013. Drapeau Noir is one of those brands, and we’ve already interviewed Nicolas Barbier, the owner of this forward-looking French brand. Well, we recently came across a new “elevated staple” release from the brand, and we had to let you know about it.
So we all know the Oxford shirt is a constant wardrobe must-have for every guy – from the preppy Ivy League gent to the minimalist creative type. Well, what Drapeau Noir has done is update this shirt by adding well-placed patches of Japanese bandana fabric to the elbow area. The construction is 100% cotton, manufactured in Portugal, and the final result is a timeless woven that packs a whole lot of punch. See more pics below:
