Louis Vuitton F/W RTW 2014
Written by: Staff

Even though there has been some change in the women’s design direction of Louis Vuitton with Nicolas Ghesquière taking the place of the great Marc Jacobs, the men’s design team is doing just fine with creative director Kim Jones at the helm. For Fall/Winter 2014, the operative word is luxury, and trust us when we say, they went full tilt on this concept. Double-faced cashmere used for several covetable overcoats (some of them sporting ethnic Peruvian striping details), shearling jackets, silk anoraks/jackets made from luxe tech fabrics, rich leather accessories and sleek futuristic sunglasses. The entire collection was balanced with a fine array of single & double-breasted business suits because the man who affords all this luxury needs something to wear to work to earn all that cash.
