Louis Vuitton S/S 2015 Campaign
Written by: Staff

If you’re a true fashion aesthete, then this is one of your favorite times of the year. This is when the heavy fashion week activities in the various style capitals of the world are about to kick into full swing. It’s also when all the big luxury brands roll out their expensive, slickly-shot S/S campaigns. Today we are happy to bring you the new S/S shots from Louis Vuitton. Ever since Kim Jones took over the design reins of menswear at Louis Vuitton in 2011, he has consistently shown that he’s one of the best designers in the business.

From the looks of these slides, it’s evident that he knocked it out the park yet again. Some of the key looks include a military-style cropped bomber with flap pockets and airforce style insignia & we are also very impressed with the belted, full-length double-breasted coat with exaggerated lapels. There is a retro feel to these shots that we like a lot; a theme that’s driven home by the dapper lightweight turtlenecks and the 70’s style short sleeve polo shirts. The leather bags and other accessories are of the highest quality, and we would expect nothing less from the expert craftsmen at this heritage luxury brand.

The model featured in the shoot is Rhys Pickering and the photography was executed by Peter Lindbergh with styling by Alister Mackie. All in all, it’s a campaign the fires on all levels, wouldn’t you agree?
