We are firmly in the era of complete lifestyle branding and marketing. Almost all the established brands (including even the uber-luxury ones) are trying to wrap their tentacles around every aspect of a consumer’s life. The way they look at it – if they are getting one or two of your dollars, why aren’t they getting a hundred or a thousand more? It’s a legitimate argument and it’s a concept that works.
Take this for example: the revered Italian luxury brand FENDI is now getting into the business of creating and furnishing luxury condos. It teamed up with the luxury private developer named the Chateau Group to develop an exclusive 12-story waterfront condominium building in Miami – two blocks south of The Bal Harbour shops.
The Fendi Chateau residences are quite a sight to behold and they will be fully completed by June 2016. The development will consist of:
– 58 floor-thru oceanfront residences and penthouses (with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean)
– Floor spaces of 3,300 square feet to 7,000 square feet with prices ranging from $5 million to $22 million.
– Each residence has a complete FENDI Casa kitchen with Gaggenau appliances.
– Bathrooms feature stunning Italian marble and custom designed fixtures.
This is really luxury to the nth level and why not? If you have it, spend it! Too bad Lebron left the Heat because this looks like a palace truly fitting for a King.
