Fashion week just ended in NYC for the SS19 men’s collections, but there is this little thing, namely the FW18 collections (and campaigns) that still needs to be attended to. Even though newer brands on the scene like Vetements and Off-White seem to be sucking up all the oxygen in the room, Prada remains that “ever faithful” brand that delivers solid collections season after season. Helmed by the perennial designer Miucca Prada, the FW18 campaign features Hollywood actors Joe Alwyn, Paul Dano, Nick Robinson, and Algee Smith in a study of stark contrasts. We see the handsome thespians juxtaposed in black-and-white shirt and tie combos adjacent to more fashion-forward ensembles. The oversize trench coat is certainly going to be a major trend this Fall, and as you can see below, Prada executes it very well. THe campaign was photographed by Willy Vanderperre.
