After teasing the upcoming collab on Instagram, A-COLD-WALL* recently unveiled a full look at their new Nike collaborative model, the Nike Vomero +5 Featuring an enlarged heel-cap. With an aggressive silhouette, the ACW* x Nike Vomero +5 keeps its original design while incorporating technical Japanese Nylon and removing the PU coating, creating a discolored yellow-ish hue. This process is also used on an apparel collection that will release paralleling the two Zoom Vomero +5 colorways. “I am interested in how a garment age and taking a user on that journey,” explains A-COLD-WALL*’s Samuel Ross, “that is something I believe should be encouraged. It’s much more human. It’s much more dynamic as well.” Available in black and white colors which includes a pufer Parka in Japanese nylon that begins as a course texture and softens over time, as well as an industrial-inspired cropped pant. The full capsule will drop exclusively in London on November 17, before getting a worldwide release on November 29.
