If you remember closely, when it came time for the most recent Super Bowl performances, a lot of black performers got roasted for expressing their interest in playing the big half-time show. In the end, it was acts like Maroon 5, Travis Scott, and Big Boi who ended up taking the stage.

Well, now, living Hip Hop legend and rap’s own billionaire has taken the game to a whole new level. It was just announced that Roc Nation has inked a deal to partner with the NFL; to be a live entertainment strategist, and also to guide the NFL with social justice programs like Inspire Change. The numbers haven’t been shared yet about how much Roc Nation is bagging from this deal, and it will be interesting to see how the social justice aspect of this deal unfolds. Does this mean Colin Kaepernick will be getting a job soon?

Well, let’s wait and see….props to Hov though! Through your diamonds in the air.
