Uniforms For The Dedicated F/W 2014 Lookbook
Written by: Geo Hagan

Based out of Stockholm, Uniforms for the Dedicated was officially formed in 2007. Ever since their inception, the brand’s goal has been 3-fold: creating beautiful and timeless men’s fashion; establishing an all-inclusive brand in which all their customers are embraced as a close-knit group of friends; and thirdly, they wanted to spearhead the change towards a more sustainable fashion industry.

For their F/W 2014 Lookbook, the Swedish menswear brand delivers a superbly edited and nuanced version of a modern gentleman with retro leanings. The foundation of the collection is made from luxe Italian wools and cashmeres, and these plush fabrics are translated into slim-fitting blazers, natty single-breasted suits and expertly crafted knits. Another directional detail we appreciated were the pleated dress pants that looked suprisingly fresh and apropos for the current fashion scene. There is a line on the brand’s website that really sums up the collection perfectly: “Not on-trend, just never out of style.”
