Japanese brand Unused has really chosen to screw everything you hold sacred with its Fall/Winter 2018 collection. The silhouettes in the collection are a welcome change to the never ending slimming of our entire fashion culture. The clothes seem comfortable and they carry a homeless/thrift-store vibe which is actually quite freeing. “Who gives a fuck really? Free your self of image and society’s constant judgement” – this should be the brand’s slogan. Unused uses a color pallet that is both confusing and interesting and it also embraces over-sized apparel the go-to dimension. Ahh, the joys of being a rebel!
