For the Saint Laurent SS18 Campaign, Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello is digging back in the not too distant archives and casting cult cinema icon and artistic NYC agitator, Vincent Gallo. Gallo is mostly known for his brazen indie hits including Buffalo 66 and directing and starring in Brown Bunny (2003). Even though he’s not as active in the film world, he still remains a strong cultural personality and a darling of international luxury fashion .
Vincent Gallo was previously cast in a YSL campaign in 2007 by Stefano Pilati. He’s back again wearing signature pieces including: a beaded zebra print bomber, a sequined butterfly velour jacket and a leather biker with snakeskin detailing. See some the campaign shots and video below:
