All the 80’s heads out there know that Magnum P.I. was one of the coldest TV shows of that era. The laid-back and debonair star of the show, Thomas Magnum was always the epitome of unshakeable cool and the sporty Ferrari he drove was pure FIRE. So you may have known this or not, but the iconic sunglasses the actor Tom Selleck wore to battle the harsh Hawaii sun were by heritage French brand, Vuarnet. The actual style was the “Tom” aviator, and it’s being re-released just in time for the Magnum re-boot happening later this month on CBS.
So why are these sunglasses special?
